Tarzana is close to our Valley Village base and has been part of our regular route for years. Most of what we do there is ongoing household care rather than one-off jobs.
The most honest thing we can point to in Tarzana isn’t a single job — it’s how long a customer stayed. When this review was written in January 2011, the household had already been using us for more than two years:
“This is by far the most professional cleaning company I have ever used. I have been a customer of theirs for over 2 years now and they are extremely meticulous in both their cleaning abilities as well as their courteous customer relations. They made my home spotless!!”

Repeat relationships like that are what the business was built around. Since 1994, 3-B'z has prided itself on building good, solid relationships with homeowners, contractors and realtors, and it has stayed family-owned the entire time — founded by Debra Cohen and run today by Debbie and Daniel. That continuity is what a recurring cleaning schedule actually depends on.
Recurring service is the core of it. We set up weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning for households that would rather not think about it, and we also take one-time work: a detailed cleaning is a meticulous, room-by-room job that covers every detail in every room, which is what people book before guests arrive or at a change of season.
Move-in and move-out cleaning, carpet cleaning and window cleaning can run on the same visit or on their own. If a remodel is finishing up, we also handle post-construction cleaning in its rough, final and touch-up stages. The complete service list covers everything, including seasonal and pre-holiday cleaning.
Both. We run recurring weekly, bi-weekly and monthly service for homes and buildings, and we also do one-time deep cleans — move-in/move-out, post-construction and spring cleaning among them.
Yes — licensed and bonded since 1994, and an Angi/HomeAdvisor-approved professional with 5-star ratings. More on that on our Why 3-B'z page.
No. Our crew arrives with all the equipment and eco-friendly supplies needed to complete the job, and those products are safe for kids and pets.
